The hotel provided a fine experience overall, with decent rooms and wonderful service. The location was central to many attractions, but the dining options were a bit lacking in variety. I found the hotel to be a lovely spot, centrally located near the Columbus Zoo with a multitude of dining options nearby. The rooms, though a bit small for two queen beds and lacking the sofa bed as advertised, were still clean and comfortable. The service was a mixed bag with some friendly interactions but also an unwelcome intrusion into our room without prior notice. The location was convenient for our plans and surrounded by various restaurants. While the dining was satisfactory, it was slightly inconvenient not having it included in the rate. Overall, the stay offered a good value for the price paid.
